As owners of Coastal Breeze Home Watch Services LLC, Karen and Ken have decades of formative experience in the Retail Customer Service Industry. Our experience highlights key qualities like dependability, trustworthiness, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication that are essential while inspecting your property.
We are your eyes and ears that advocate on your behalf. We conduct our business ethically and fairly, and we will always be your day-to-day contacts.
Please think of us as family, we will treat your home as if we were in our own home. We are very particular and would enjoy the pleasure of being able to take care of your valuable investment, your home, in your absence.
If we identify any visual problems outside or inside your home, we will contact you immediately to discuss the issue and then work with you on a solution to resolve this as soon as possible.
We have a list of reliable, vetted, licensed, and insured vendors to recommend if you do not have any that you prefer.
As a Real-Estate Agent and member of the National Association of Realtors and Bonita Estero Realtors Association, through conversations with fellow agents, friends, and neighbors Karen and I felt the need for more reliable, licensed, bonded & insured home watch companies. We are members of the “National Home Watch Association” and have been vetted through them as well as adhering to their best practices and ethics.
We are a locally owned and operated family business and are full-time residents here in Bonita Springs, Florida.
